I returned as fast as I could. I have the feeling that time runs short, but I tend to lose track of it lately. I opened the padlock and entered a small cargo room. It had some crates and boxes and a big painting. To my surprise I encountered there not one but five shadows. I was reminded of the five people we lost in the storm… could it be them? What could bring them in this state of existence?
The shadows vanished going directly into the painting before I even could see what it showed. The only thing left inside the frame a pitch black image. Drawn to it by some weird impulse or calling I touched it with my hand. To my surprise it sank into the cold darkness. When I pulled it out I was holding a small box engraved with a familiar letter positioning and a sealing mechanism that seemed to need a word to open…
