I’ve filled it in right but all I see is a number, which it doesn’t accept. The black squares just remind me of an aeroplane. Am I anywhere near the right answer?

I’ve got the right boxes shaded….. and I think I can see a shape, but webpage tells me I’m wrong. I hate puzzles like this where you have no freaking idea. Help a gal out peeps.
