What I *THINK* you are supposed to do is fold the page corner over so that one of the winds is blowing out candles. what candles would he blow out?

I FINALLY figured it out.

Here’s a few tips:

1. the pieces are in the back of the book
2. put the pieces as per the clues
3. draw a line horizontally across the page at the top and the bottom of the pieces.
